Blue Indoctro
Standing at stud this spring to approved mares is Blue Indoctro purchased from Bruce Holden's Ngahiwi stud clearing sale. Blue is a combination of the famed "Gibson-bred" horse, infused with top European bloodlines through frozen semen from Indoctro (VDL Keur). Blue's dam was a great hunting mare and mother of Molly Bennett's Socialite, sold to the USA in 2008. Blue's offspring were very sought after at the clearing sale.

Purchased in 2000 from Huiarua Station near Gisborne, he was chosen for his conformation, constitution, spirit and movement as well as his pedigree. Tolega Bob is by Texan, who was bred by David Reeves. Texan himself was by Typhoon from Waikura Station. Typhoon also left Marlin Grey an international jumper. Bob is a very successful cross over Erewhon's full, half and quarter Clydesdale mares, many of Bob's progeny have his more delicate head and athleticism as well as having the Clyde markings and sensible nature
